The event aims to introduce students to some basic safety rules
Members of the fire brigade have visited SABIC Augustine Center Fuente Alamo to teach them how to work and the materials they use.
The activity, which has been developing for several years in partnership with the school, students aims to raise awareness of the importance of prevention and safety.
Firefighters Brigade SABIC has explained, the 180 children who participated, basic rules to be followed in the home, the importance of heeding the instructions of parents, how to react if they encounter an incident or a fire and advice as not to touch the oven or plugs and not play with lighters or matches, etc..
They also explained how they work and have shown them the material they use.
Children have felt curious about the equipment, such as suits, helmets, hoses, extinguishers, generators ... and finally have jumped on the truck to play the siren and talk on stations with central fire real feeling for a day.
