The Parque Tecnológico de Fuente Alamo (PTFA) Medical Center and Our Lady of Charity, along with its services organization specializing in Occupational Risks Prevention and Health Surveillance in the four specialties (health, safety, ergonomics and applied social psychology) have signed an agreement offering preferential terms of healthcare and health workers to companies located in the Park.
The agreement also provides for joint actions of advice, research and training, among which the advancement and improvement of the Personal Health Report, a card that can store patient's medical information for personal use and communication with physicians.
This new management tool to store medical records and health information management in one device, portable and updated by multiple doctors under one methodology.
This has two distinct areas: one for the patient and one for the medical professional, with password access without prior installation on the computer, and guaranteeing the privacy of the data.
The system collects information generated by the user (height, weight, family medical history, allergies ...), in addition to those provided by health professionals registered in the system (diagnostic tests, prescribed treatments, consultations ...).
The information has constant updates and automatic, and provides content translation into four languages.
The signing took place this morning at the premises of the Parque Tecnológico de Fuente Alamo and was signed by its director, Joaquin Juan Aguera, José María Ferrer Cazorla, representing the Medical Center Our Lady of Charity, and José Manuel Nicolás Fernández , representing the company Virgen de la Caridad Prevention.
