94% of the incidents reported through the green line service have already been solved (06/10/2020)

"Road Cleaning" is the type of incident most reported by the residents of Fuente Álamo de Murcia.

Thanks to high citizen participation through the Green Line service, the important improvement experienced in the municipality is visible. OCTOBER 2020 The Fuente Álamo de Murcia City Council expresses the success achieved in its municipality after the implementation of the Green Line.

Since the service was put into operation, citizen participation has grown exponentially.

This shows an effective response by the Town Hall in the resolution of incidents reported by the neighbors. To date, 94% of the incidents received have already been solved.

The most frequent type of incidents are those that refer to "Street Cleaning", followed by "Sidewalks and Roadways", "Public Lighting", "Signs and Traffic Lights" and "Containers and Waste Bins". Thanks to the direct involvement of the residents, the Town Hall has been able to carry out agile actions.

In addition, you have been aware of certain needs of which you were not aware. In order to use this new service, it is necessary to download the Green Line APP.

To do this, the user accesses Google Play or the APP Store depending on the technology used on their Smartphone (Android / iOS).

Once located, the download is carried out for free.

From that moment on, the user selects the municipality on which he wants to report the incident.

The procedure is very quick and easy. To report an incident, just click on the "New Incident" button.

A drop-down with the different types of incidents appears on the screen.

The user selects the one about which he wants to communicate.

Automatically, the APP detects the exact coordinates where the fault is located.

The next step is to attach a photo of the incident and observation about it.

All that remains is to hit the send button.

Once sent, City Council staff receives notification of the reported damage.

From this moment on, the procedures are started to solve the detected incident.

The citizen, in turn, receives notification on his mobile phone whenever there is a change in its status. Through Línea Verde, the user can also raise any environmental query.

Just select the option "Make your query".

Within a maximum period of 24 hours you will have a response from a team of experts in the field completely free of charge. The Línea Verde service can also be accessed through the domain www.lineaverdefuentealamo.es.

In addition to reporting an incident or raising a query, the user has a wide content of environmental consultation (guide to good practices, tips, information from the municipality, etc ...). Línea Verde also offers its services through telephone contact at 902 193 768 from 8:00 a.m.
