| The objective is that all the students of the municipality can continue their telematic training with the same opportunities | The City Council of Fuente Álamo de Murcia has delivered 108 tablets and 84 SIM data cards to those responsible for the different centers of infant, primary and secondary education in the municipality. This is an initiative that aims to reach all those students who need the means to continue their training and follow-up of classes electronically due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Juana María Martínez, Mayor of Fuente Álamo, stated that "we cannot forget that our children and young people are also affected by this situation and that they are at home adapting to new technologies in order to continue their classes and studies.
We want no one to be left behind and, with this material that we provide to the educational centers, they will be able to distribute them to all those students who do not have the necessary means to be able to follow classes normally.
" The city council has also reported that, once the students can return to the classrooms, the tablets will remain in the schools and educational centers so that they can use them when they need it. A measure that the educational centers have welcomed and in which the joint work of families, educators and consistory to support the promotion of education and culture in the municipality is evident.
