The City Council of Fuente Álamo has approved a new aid aimed at workers, with rent or mortgage, who have suffered an ERTE or dismissal due to the crisis derived from COVID-19.It is a single financial aid of 150 euros, increased by 50 euros per child, up to a maximum of 300 euros in total, which is intended for all those workers who have suffered an ERTE or dismissal and have rent or mortgage.In addition, they will now also be able to apply for the social water bonus if the holder is the spouse or domestic partner, since until now they were only entitled to this aid if they were the holder of the supply.The Mayor of Fuente Álamo, Juana María Martínez, has commented that "since the state of alarm was decreed, we began to work, in an unknown situation, with the intention of helping all those who were having a hard time.
Therefore, we have prepared a package of aid to try to alleviate the serious social and economic crisis derived from Covid-19 ".The requests can be managed through the Online Attention Office that the municipal administration has launched to process all the aid adopted to alleviate the economic and labor consequences derived from the COVID-19 crisis.The reception and processing of applications, as well as the transfer to those interested of the resolution that is adopted, will be made through the following address: https://www.ayto-fuentealamo.es/ayudasWith the aim of facilitating access to all procedures and avoiding trips to other administrations, the city council has launched a new service for obtaining a digital certificate by appointment, which will be available for reservation and issuance on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 to 10 : 35 hours.
