The Government delegate stressed the proximity to citizens of the benefits of the INSS
The government delegate in Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, has opened this morning with the director of the INNS, Francisco Sanchez, and Mayor of the municipality, María Antonia Conesa, the new office that the National Institute of Social Security has been established in Consistory municipal agencies with the objective of providing greater accessibility to services for citizens.
González Tovar explained that a few months ago, signed a collaboration agreement with the City of Fuente Alamo to offer these services to INSS and the neighbors and residents of this county did not have to travel to Murcia to accelerate and process applications of any provision of the National Institute of Social Security.
Specifically, this office has an information hotline where you can request an overview of the issues that are of interest to citizens of its scope.
In this regard it is noteworthy that the INSS is responsible for informing the staff of the municipal office of the state of the files kept by that agency on the information so requested by the persons concerned, with speed and shorter periods within administrative procedures.

Also pointed out that Fuente Alamo is one of the 13 municipalities of the region that offer services in different municipalities INSS.
The others are Abarán, Bullas, Moratalla, San Javier, Beniel, La Union, Los Alcazares, Eagles, Ceuta, Fuente Alamo, Torre Pacheco, Calasparra.

Simplification of administrative procedures and Monitoring Committee
In social projects developed by the City of Fuente Alamo, whose recipients must prove their status as a pensioner or the amount of his pension, the City may refer to Service and Information Center of Social Security (CAISS) of this municipality a relationship with information identifying the applicant and forwarded to the City INSS, as soon as possible, an individual certification of each of the applicants.
Also formed a monitoring committee comprising two representatives of the signatory institutions in order to monitor the quality of services and benefits offered to the public.
